Applications: Host Institutions
Institution (host site) applications available online     October 13, 2007
Deadline to submit an application to host an intern November 28, 2007
Applications: Candidates
Internship descriptions posted online for Candidates November 30, 2007
Candidate application packets available online  December 4, 2007
Deadline for candidate applications to be submitted online Must be received no later than
January 8, 2008
Round One
Applications distributed to Host Institutions electronically

** Host will be able to login to unique internship pages to pick up application files of those candidates who have chosen that site to which to apply in Round 1.

 Available online by January 11, 2008
   
Host Institutions schedule and conduct interviews (1st Round) January 12 to February 20,, 2008

Hosts can offer to Candidates (no earlier) 

**  Candidates should be offered at least 24 hours to respond; Offers cannot be made prior to this date; date corresponds to ACUHO-I process and others.

 February 6, Noon, EST, 2008
Hosts and Candidates notify coordinator of  Matches or Round 2 participation

Hosts and candidates respond online of matches or Round Two participation no later than this date.
** Host will be able to login to unique internship pages to pick up application files of those candidates who have chosen that site to which to apply in Round One. Candidates should be provided at least 24 hours to respond. Offers cannot be made prior to February 6 which corresponds to ACUHO-I process and others.

 No later than February 21, 2008
   
Round Two
Candidates and Hosts receive information March 5, 2008
Hosts schedule and conduct interviews

** Offers may be made as needed

 March 6 – April 4, 2008
Hosts and Candidates confirm if a match is made April 11, 2008
