Outstanding Service Award

Purpose:

The Outstanding Service Award may be presented annually to a NODA member (student and/or professional) who has provided outstanding service to the association.

Eligibility:

Any NODA member may be awarded the Outstanding Service Award with the exception of the NODA Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Application:

Complete the nomination form (Online Form)  and submit a nomination statement (as a Microsoft Word document) detailing the nominee's qualifications. 

Please answer the following questions in your nomination statement. Your candidate will be considered for the award only if the above criteria are met, and the questions below are answered thoroughly.

  1. Please describe how the nominee has provided outstanding service to the association.
  2. Please provide any additional information that will be beneficial to the selection process.

Deadline

All nomination materials must be received no later than Friday, September 5, 2008. Submit nomination materials to:
