The NODA Mentorship Program was created to connect NODA Leadership and established professionals in the field of orientation, transition, and retention to NODA Members who are full-time OTR professionals* that have an interest in leadership opportunities within NODA and/or developing themselves further in their careers. This program is currently undergoing a review and update, so more information about becoming a Mentor/Mentee will be available as we get closer to the 2016 Annual Conference in November. *Note: NODA members who are graduate students are encouraged to engage in professional networking opportunities provided by the Graduate Student Network such as case study competitions, resume critiques, and mock interviews. Undergraduate Student NODA members are encouraged to participate in the annual Student Leadership Institute.
