Leadership Skills Matrix

Volunteers within NODA are the life-blood of the Association. Without the diverse collection of skills and personalities of the volunteers that hold the many positions available, progress would be difficult. Each leadership role requires volunteers to possess specific sets of skills. Volunteers also benefit from holding a leadership role by acquiring new sets of skills that each opportunity demands.

Based on your current skill set and skills you hope to obtain, there are NODA volunteer opportunities that can fit your needs. Whether you are a new professional looking for a one-time volunteer opportunity or a senior staff member looking for long-term positions, NODA offers opportunities to utilize and enhance your skills in orientation, transition, and retention.

Utilize the drop-down menu on this page to review NODA volunteer positions, the skills required to hold the position, and the skills you can expect to gain by fulfilling the position’s expectations.
