The Director of Business Operations & Finance is a key leadership position responsible for leading, directing, providing vision, strategy, and execution of all aspects related to daily operations including technology requirements, financials, and general operations. This role directly supports NODA’s mission and strategic priorities by strengthening the association office operations that focuses on sustainability and efficiency. The individual in this position must be able to make complex decisions with authority and understand the risk, liability and implications that could impact NODA, the University, and constituents/stakeholders. This position will supervise the Administrative Support Specialist and the Education Support Specialist contract position.
This position will require occasional travel on overnight trips to attend events and flexibility to conduct work in the evenings and weekends as needed. This position will be 100% remote with the expectation to meet in-person with Association staff and attend NODA events as required. The Director of Business Operations & Finance will report directly to the Executive Director.
Salary Range: $78,450 – $80,200 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience
As Associate Director of Membership Engagement, you’ll oversee NODA’s membership initiatives from the ground up — building marketing and communication strategies, leading logistics for Symposiums and publications, and collaborating closely with volunteers and Associate Members. This remote role includes occasional travel for events and the chance to strengthen the community at the heart of NODA’s mission.
Salary Range: $62,254–$62,750 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience
