The NODA Association Office has heard your concerns about the difficulties in locating NODA’s communication tools and OTR resources. We are pleased to announce a new NODA communication and sharing platform, NODA Connect!

NODA Connect opens up many opportunities to engage with other OTR professionals, to share resources and ideas, and to converse and ask questions. NODA Connect will house the NODA Resource Library and the main member communication tool, previously known as Peer Resources. Later on this year we will roll over all of the 9 NODA Regions, and 14 Network groups.

Each community will have its own discussion, file sharing abilities and a section to promote any announcements pertinent to that community. The discussion section allows you to connect with other NODA members to ask questions or share ideas. The file section allows you to upload any resources or links that you feel will benefit other NODA members.

Aside from the discussions and file sharing, NODA Connect has its very own blog where various topics tailored to NODA, orientation, transition and retention topics can be discussed. The blog will also address issues and trends that impact our work in Higher Education and the OTR fields.

The Association Office is very excited about this new communication platform and hope you take full advantage of everything it has to offer! Now, enough with the bragging go take a look for yourself! *Your login is the same as your NODA Membership profile*

Once you are logged in, check out the “Getting Started” section on the homepage and its link to our FAQs page that we put together to help get you started off on the right foot!

Stay tuned for the roll over of the Regions and Network Communities later this year!

As always, we are open to feedback or questions.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to acquire salary information for Directors of Orientation (the general range)?
