NODA invites you to become an active participant in our future by getting involved in one of our many leadership roles. As a leader in NODA, we collectively challenge our thinking and approach to the complex issues of orientation, transition, and retention.

NODA is currently seeking qualified applicants for Regional Coordinators in Regions II, III, IV, VIII and IX. New this year, the application process is two tiered. The first tier applicants will include information on their NODA involvement and experience; indicate their financial support/need; upload resume and references. The Nominations & Elections Committee will review applications to invite to the second tier where candidates will need to submit: a letter of financial support (or request for NEF funds); two letters of recommendation; a personal statement; photo and brief video. Interested NODA members are encouraged to contact the NODA Association Office with any questions about this important leadership opportunity.

Why Volunteer with NODA?

Leadership in our organization provides many benefits including the opportunity to enhance your professional development, network with fellow leaders in the OTR field, form life-long friendships, and make a difference. While each NODA leadership position requires different time and energy commitments, each is vital to the operations and resources that NODA is able to provide its members.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a NODA leader. Candidates for most positions should be members of NODA who are currently involved in orientation, transition, and retention. NODA leaders are the ambassadors of a select membership and as such adhere to standards set forth by the Association
