Working in Orientation, Transition, and Retention (OTR) is not for the faint of heart! It takes someone with unique skills and abilities – a true SUPERHERO! Even if your team uniform doesn’t include a cape, the work you do is important and life-changing, and this conference offered many opportunities to help participants develop these abilities. For undergraduate students, Case Study and ROLI (Regional Orientation Leader Institute) offered new experiences in teamwork and leadership training. Graduate students thrived in the Graduate Symposium, and there were special sessions planned just for professional staff.
