The Board of Directors launched the strategic planning process during the 2026 Spring Board meeting in March.
The process will take place over the next year with the goal of approving a 3-5 year plan for NODA by March 2027.

Listening Sessions
We invite NODA members to share their thoughts and insights to guide the Association into the future by joining one of the listening sessions below:
April 7 @ 12:00 pm CT – All Member General Session
May 13 @ 2:00 pm CT – All Member General Session
June 5 @ 1:00 pm CT – All Member General Session
July 21 at 1:00 pm CT – All Member General Session
August 10 @ 3:00 pm CT – All Member General Session
Member Survey
If you are unable to attend a Listening Session or if you would like to provide additional information, members are asked to complete this brief survey.
The survey will remain open until August 14, 2026.

Focus Groups
Two to three focus groups will be held during the 2026 Annual Conference in Atlanta, GA, as well as one virtual option. The focus groups will center on the themes learned from the listening sessions for final input from NODA members. The next step is the development of a draft strategic plan focusing on the next 3-5 years with the Board approving in January 2027. More details will be shared as we get closer to the conference in November.
