Orientation, Transition, and Retention programs are constantly evolving and must adapt over time in order to advocate for growth and the adoption of innovation.
As practitioners in the field, transforming visions to actions is at the heart of what we do. Although our “why” might vary, a common thread we share is the student-centered work we do day in and day out. Our commitment to intentional programming and purposeful student engagement is directly related to the student experience and ensuring that our students play a positive role in helping shed light on the critical issues at our institutions and communities.
