Why Volunteer?

A leadership role within NODA is an opportunity for professional development, the perfect avenue through which to meet fellow leaders within the field of OTR, and your chance to make a lasting impact on the Association.

How to Get Involved

In order to hold a NODA leadership position, you must be a member of NODA who is currently involved in the orientation, transition, and retention of college students. NODA leaders are the ambassadors of a select membership and as such must adhere to standards set forth by the Association.

In order to provide leadership opportunities to as many NODA members as possible, it is the Association's practice to typically assign one role to an individual at a time. Dual leadership roles must be approved by the Executive Director on a case-by-case basis. View leadership opportunities.
